Mineral fortification/supplements are tested for vitamins, minerals (calcium, magnesium and all the minerals essential for life). Tetracyclines, sulphonamides and a number of drug actives are tested in foods. Tissue residue work is also under-taken. A dedicated pesticide dispwash analysis program is undertaken at our East London laboratory.
